A letter from John Sandford
To whom it may Concern,
This is to inform that I have spent several days in intensive ministry with Paul Cain. He was very receptive, open and hungry to receive help. Some time ago, over eager to find acceptance, Paul made some statements which some felt were self-excusing or whitewashing. If there was any truth to that charge then, there is not now. Paul Cain has faced his mistakes and sins squarely, repented, confessed, and has received forgiveness. We sought out and dealt with many root issues as well.
I want to recommend to the Body of Christ that we receive Paul Cain again with open hearts and minds. Any of us can get off track. The mark of our Lord is redemption and reinstatement. My hope is that we who are the Body of Christ will evidence our Lord's grace in relation to Paul.
Our Lord's Way is not only to restore us to acceptance and functionality but to resurrect us to His original vision and purpose for us. In the end of our time of ministry, I "saw" that Paul Cain had been called and intended to be an early apostle of the prophetic movement, to lead and teach many in the proper prophetic use of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, a forerunner for the Body. Please join me in recognizing this as Paul Cain's calling in the Lord, and in prayers for his full restoration to what God intended him to be in the beginning. We need that ministry, Paul's ministry. Let's love him into it.

A letter from Steve Dittmar, Jubillee Church Camarillo
Dear Body of Christ,
Paul Cain has been a member of Jubilee Church since October 2007, having moved into our area after ministering in our church for the first time in September 2007. Previously Paul had been under the care and restoration process overseen by RTV ministries in conjunction with Life Recovery Centers.
In October 2007 Paul was released back into full time ministry (having successfully completed the restoration process) with the support of an emergence team made up of ministers throughout the United States. Many of these team members continue today as a support team to Paul.
Since October Paul has become very much a part of the body of Jubilee Church he is loved and honored while worshipping, serving, and sharing in the life of the church. Paul no longer drives and so I (and other members of Jubilee) are weekly in his home taking he and his niece Becky shopping, to doctor appointments and various errands. Paul is living a consecrated life in keeping with the scriptures, I can honestly say I have more contact with Paul than most of the members of my church and access to his home and personal life, Paul is living clean and upright before the Lord and his one desire is to fulfill his ministry and finish the race well.
We are blessed as a body to have Paul Cain in our church Paul is able to minister monthly on the first Wednesday of the month and many people in our region have been blessed. During the rest of the month Paul comes to Wednesday services, is prayed over by our prayer team and stands with us as we cry out for the Lord to come and save California. Please join us in our cry for mercy and repentance to be granted California.
